Kyocera hydro 2 weeks old

[AC Question]

I bought a Kyocera hydro 2 weeks ago. When I came home from work I laid it I n my bed,when I picked it up about 15 mins later the entire bottom half of the screen is all jacked up. It's like it's digitilized & 'dancing'. I have tried restarting it & tried taking the battery out but nothing works.
