Why is my less than 3 month old phone showing invalid sim card...what happened?

My son watches annoying orange vídeos. ..well this morning after a orange bing i woke up to invalid SIM card. Did he do something? Can it be fixed? I just bought this phone...and plan on selling it in sept.

Might be the sim card died... not really that unusual. Remove and reinstall it to see if it registers again. If not, visit your carrier to get a new sim. They're cheap, or free as some carriers will just replace it.
