How to get my S-Notes back on Galaxy Note 5

My phone fell down and the screen has become black. I need to retrieve my S-Notes. It is there somewhere synced on my PC. But i can't find it. Can anyone please help me to detail the steps for retrieving the data.

Welcome to AC!
Coonect your phone to your pc using your USB cable and transfer all the data you need. Keep in mind that your phone should have been on MTP mode. If this doesn't work,you might want to check the sd card,maybe they are there.
