Why is my coolpad note 3 phone not getting charged?

I have bought a coolpad note 3 from amazon, it was looking great and the performance was superb, but after 14 days when i plugged the charger, i can see the charging bar near the battery icon but the battery icon is not moving, earlier it was moving but now instead of charging it is draining, now it's completely empty, i can't even neither switch on nor charging.

Please help me out.

Put the phone on charger for 8+ hours. Then try to turn it on normally. If it doesn't turn on, then press and hold the power button for 15- 30 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on contact Amazon to return the phone if you can.

i kept it for more than 12 hrs but no sign of switch on as it is not charging at all.

Exchange or return the phone. You shouldn't have to deal with this with the phone being only 14 days old.

Switch the phone off and try charging
