.now my phone is not turning on.

my phone was in my back pocket of jean when i was riding the bike.little rain was there.now my phone is not turning on and when i plugged it for charging the battery is charging battry is full and once the screen of the phone turned white and faded and i heared sound of low beep bt now phn is not turning on. i tried everything.i pressed power buton for 30 second but nuthing happened.i removed battery and swiched it again.i also made my phone dry with air pressure pump.
