"Unfortunately, Settings has stopped."

[AC Question]

I have a Sprint LG G3. I was playing a game on it last night, and settings stopped. I went to reboot, and can no longer boot. It shows a white screen with the pop up that settings has stopped. I can press okay 10 million times and it just pops right back up as soon as a press okay.

Any help would be appreciated because I can not afford a insurance replacement or a new phone.

Hi, are you able to boot the device in to safe mode, which temporarily blocks all 3rd party apps you have installed? if this works then the issue is with an app you've downloaded.

I found a fix which said to reset factory settings but I don't know how to do that. Can you walking me through it? How do I know which app caused the problem. I am not techno savvy and this happened 3 months ago when a friend put apps on my tablet.

Also, how can a move my apps to different pages and group them together?
