Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 Screen is Not Sensitive

Hi. My Galaxy A3 2016 device has screen problem. I can't write on keyboard without missing letters. I must to touch more than one times screen. Even I can't play games comfortably. It is upgraded Android 6.0.1. The problem exists before upgrading to Marshmellow. Does anyone have such problem with screen?

Hi, it could be lag that is causing this issue - do you feel the phone is sluggish and slow when using?

I have the same problem with typing, the screen seems very inaccurate/insensitive and it is pissing me OFF!

Hi. I have recently purchased an a3 2016. I have thr same problem and the phone is new. So not slow. In my previous S5 mini i had a sensitivity button for using gloves a tv. I cannot seem to find this setting on the a3 2016. Can you help?
