Samsung Galaxy S4 Phone Locked After FDR

Deleted Samsung Account on a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, then did an FDR. Cannot get back into the phone bcuz of the reactivation lock. Anyway around this? Samsung says "no". Please help, ASAP!
