How can I make my lock screen directly display pattern unlock without swiping first?

I updated my Galaxy S6 Active today, and the behavior of the lock screen has changed to be much more cumbersome. Prior to the update, when my phone was locked, I would press the home button or the power button, and the lock screen would come up, and I would immediately be able to draw the unlock pattern. After the update, that is not the case. I hit the home button or the power button, and it brings up the lock screen without the pattern unlock available, and i must swipe first, then it brings up the pattern unlock grid. Thus far, I have been unable to find anything in the settings to fix this.

Try wiping system cache via recovery mode.
