I had organized all of my apps into folders in the app drawer. Most, but not all, of the folders were lost recently, pretty sure it was following the July security update patch from Verizon. Any idea if I can restore the configuration? It was such a pain to drag/drop >100 apps into folders, but I didn't take any action to back it up.
One additional point, after applying the patch, my phone booted into safe mode on its own. While it's possible that I hit something by mistake, the safe mode boot doesn't appear to be something one could unintentionally maneuver. I wonder if the safe mode boot's root cause was related to losing my folders.
