i think my lg g4 leather back edition may be broken help

basically, I installed that 360 security app on my phone yesterday because it warned me that my phone had viruses and just now my phone froze up on fallout shelter and rebooted and powered off. I cannot get it back on without taking out the battery first and even then it still powers up the lg life's good page and then goes black. please help?
