can i remove all miscellaneous files from my Galaxy s4

press settings then storage then miscellaneous files. Within miscellaneous files are 15 files. they all have memory they use. most are a small amount yet a few are significant. One says .CMSVault (Do not delete) I need to know if its in this area does it have a use in my phone or can i get back needed memory by deleting them? obviously with possible exceptions to prior mentioned.
