do i need to charge to phone 100% before i start it up?

do i have to charge a newly bought phone to 100% before i start the phone?

Lithium-Ion batteries are best preserved if you drain the battery from 100% to 20% then plug it bag until it's 80%.
But that's just in case you need this phone for over 3-4 years. Wich is ridiculous.
Your phone can start with 1% battery.
If you use your phone while it's charging ut will get warm to the touch,but nothing will explode.
Long story short,no,no don't need to do this
