Samsung Core Prime is stuck on Ultra Power Saving Mode

[AC Question]

So my Samsung Core Prime has been stuck on ultra power saving mode. At first it seems to disable it and i get the standard layout and backgrounds but all my apps and other functions are disabled apart from the ones that can be used in UPSM. Then if it activate UPSM again it will not let me disable it. I've seen a lot of solutions with this about different launchers, however i can't seem to even find one launcher anywhere on my phone. Help would be greatly appreciated i have tried several things including safe mode and restarts and am getting desperate. Thanks!

Try a factory reset and if this doesn't work just reflash your stock firmware.
