Anyone else have this problem? Screen will not unlock?!(Galaxy note 4)

I had set up my galaxy note 4 with the fingerprint lock screen a few weeks ago and it was working perfectly until it suddenly dissapeared and all I'm left with now is a black lock screen and it's asking for a password or backup code, which I have no idea what it is after trying so many possibilities. A message will come up saying 'unable to verify your finger print 5 times. Try again in 30 seconds.' It didn't even have the finger print scanner there for me to verify anyway! and now I can not get into my phone at all. any one else experience this or have any suggestions?

Hi, did you manage to get access to your device? have you tried using Android Device Manager?
