lg g4 have i fried my motherboard?

so i dropped my lg g4 in the toilet stuck it in rice tried to turn it on a little later it got to the lg screen then turned off i left it in the rice overnight tried to turn it on in the morning it would vibrate but nothing else so i followed a video online and took it apart soaked the motherboard in isopropyl alcohol etc put it bak together then tried to turn it on the screen would faintly try to turn on but doesnt if i plug the charger in the little light flashes red, i brought a new battery and when i put that in the would vibrate then nothing but when i put charger in nothing happen....... what do i do please help??
