    So as i said the PHONE's broken not the headphones cuz the headphones work perfectly on other devices. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.

    Hey there.

    I assume you've tried everything you could? Use a different cable (if your headphones have detachable cables), did a device reboot, check the audio settings, checked the headphone audio balance in Accessibility settings and checking the EQ settings if your media player has one?

    Usually, the issue might lie in some of those, especially if the headphone balance is improperly set in the hearing section of Accessibility settings, though I assume you didn't play with those settings.

    Still, try those out if you haven't. As a last resort, do a full factory reset after backing up all your data. If it still doesn't resolve the issue, the final resort would be to have it fixed as it could possibly be a hardware fault.
