My Samsung S3 T999L won't turn on..

Whenever i try to turn it on, it doesn't do ****! it does't even vibrate. I tried to put it into recovery mode and download mode and it won't work. Whenever i connect it to a pc or charger, it only shows the red led light up for a few seconds and then it stops. i installed a custom ROM successfully the first time. I wanted a better one, so i installed another one. Then, it shut off for reboot. i thought everything was going well till it took 10 minutes of inactivity of it even turning on. I think the second ROM was cynagenomod 13
