My Galaxy S6 fell into water

[AC Question]

I fell into the pool with my Galaxy S6 and it shut off on its own. I dried it off and took it home (took about an hour) then put it in rice. After about 15 hours I put it on a wireless charger because my charger port is broken from the rice. It showed the lightning bolt then 96% charged. I tried turning it on and it just kept going back to the lightning bolt. Put it back in rice for a few more hours and just put it back on te wirless charger but now it has a solid blue light that changes shades of blue. What do I do? Is my phone ruined? I'm on vacation btw so no computers or repair shops nearby
