i have samsung note 4 and i am getting the problem to turn off the screen overlay detected

please help me to solve this issue as i will not be able to open any application due to this error and i dont want to reboot my phone also as i don't have any backup

This is very frustrating. Can't take a photo from CamScanner, as it needs permission. But, can't turn on Camera permission, because Screen Overlay Detected, don't know which app to turn off, can't do anything?....

Please help.

Mine also. Even after reset to factory setting, the screen overlay popup still appear. Now most of the note 4 apps not function as it suppose to be.

There are many apps causing this kind of problem. Clean Master, File Manager by CM, Flash keyboard, Facebook Messenger chat heads ...
