htc one m8s uptade or reset to factory problems

[AC Question]

so, I have htc one m8s and I tried to root the device with m8 guide ( not m8s ) and it did not work. after a 2 week software arrived and I wanted to uptade my device, the device download the uptade and turn off to install it the phone screen just flash and thats it, device didn't do anything, the same is with factory reset, any suggestion how to fix it ? Thanks !
