S6 Edge screen frozen

[AC Question]

So while i was doing my work i left my phone in the locker, after i came back ti make a phone call i could not do anything on my screen but the rest of buttons like volume up and down was working perfectly. After reading a forums i found some solutions to that but they didnt really help me, I even made a factory new reset and lost all of my files which i was needed and still it didnt help, other things like tapping a home button 3-4 times didnt help. LCD screen have no damage at all and i dont know what to do now.

Hi, speak to Samsung - the device might have some fault in it that isn't related to software.
