why does my device keep switching itself off? I have checked the device display and all seems fine.

1. The device switching itself off has happened before and I took it to a techie who recommended a factory reset.

2. This seemed to work for about 2 months. Switching itself off has started again only in last few days.

3. Problem is increasing in frequency.
