My phone isn't getting past boot screen and i've tried everything (ALMOST)

Okay So I have a blu selfie and after i cleared the emmc it started to freeze on the boot screen even when i reset it by holding power button + up volume +down volume button , it still is at the boot screen

Try booting into recovery and wiping system cache. If no go, boot back into recovery and wipe system data. (factory reset)

I'm unsure of any software out there to flash the stock firmware, yet alone where to find the stock firmware at that night.
