How to "forget" or delete a wifi network?

I'm looking at the current list of available wifi networks on my phone, and there's one that some ***** gave a very profane and inappropriate name to, and I'd like to just delete it so I don't have to see it every time I open the list! However, the "forget" option doesn't come up when I select this particular network. Help??

You can only "forget" WiFi networks that you have previously connected to. Then, it is only forgetting your login info.
In the "scan to find" list, you will always get a list of all the found networks.
