'Unfortunately samsung Accessory Service has stopped.

[AC Question]

The above message appears when I try to answer my phone, or open gallery or do just about anything. I have to press ok several times to get rid of it, this has stopped me answering my phone. Why does this come up and how can I stop it?

You can try entering recovery mode and do a wipe of your cache partition...it might help.
