Why wont my samsung galaxy s4 charge?

Earlier my phone was charging but a night my phone was dying so i put it on the charger but it wouldnt charge. I tried a different cord and it still wouldnt charge. I tried a different battery and it still wont charge. But the screen is a battery with a lightbulb so i know the screen isnt broken.

Its very possible that your USB/Charger Port is defective. You can try entering recovery (if possible) and wiping cache partition, and even a Full Factory Reset if that doesn't work. My guess is, they won't.

I believe a service call is in order, or a new phone.
