Will Samsung Galaxy Note 7 be Daydream ready?

I just want to know if this is Daydream so that I could either buy this or wait for the S8

I would like to know this as well. So far, all of the leaked specs seem to line up with the requirements for a phone to be a daydream certified device, however there has still been no statement of it being certified. I have however heard a rumor that Google may be supporting current flagship devices after all (like the s7) and just noting that it will not be the true daydream experience. One thing that concerns me however is that there is a cooling rating that all the phone's have to meet to get certified and so far, I have not seen a Samsung device that does not get scalding hot when put to extensive use.
