    I have rooted my phone .when I want to delete a virus app using the root deleter,
    I delete my Google account manager.I have to download back my Google account manager.where should I send my phone to repair this
    Phone back?

    You'll need to have the OEM software reinstalled/Flashed. We'll need to know what phone/carrier you have....as you could possibly flash this yourself.
