Why can't I install more Apps in my Huawei Y3/Y360

Despite the fact that my Y3/Y360 phone has no additional apps in the phone's memory, It says that it is full and that I can't download any more apps. What can I do? Can I force my phone to directly install apps in the SDcard, skipping the phone storage? I have also cleared cache every day!! Thabnks
