how to recover lost internal storage of samsung gt-n7102?

After a hard reset, I could not anymore install app because it says that I don't have enough storage. My total storage is 12gb and only 60mb was used but the free space is only 400mb. Pls help. Thank you..

Your internal storage is corrupted. You need to either do a full format of the internal drive (this will wipe all the phone software / everything from it and you'll have to completely re-flash the phone software, or if its under warranty still just return it.
