Why do I get an orange frame on my Samsung S5 phone?

Often when I write on my phone a new thing is happening

Up pops an orange frame on my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone screen and magnifies the screen

How can I get rid of this this?

You might have Maginfication gestures turned on in Settings > Accessibility > Vision... although, on my phone the frame is blue. An orange frame is normally "Strict mode" turned on in Developer Options. You might want to check both places and disable both if they're on.
