Colors for samsung have been distorted

After droppimg my samsung galaxy s3 its colors have changed to green or pinkish whenever the screen is dark or black , is there anyway to fix and if, how?

If you don't get an answer to that here, which I think is likely, since remote diagnoses are hardly possible, a repairer would probably tell you.
