What if it doesn't have negative colors on its setting?

My phone changed color and I tried to find negative colors on the accessibility: vision but I don't have it so what do I do?

Do you happen to have a power saver mode enabled?
Or is it possible that somehow your Theme was changed to a monochrome or negative color based Theme.
