How can I turn off the screen overlay (at Samsung galaxy S6)

Hello people! I need very fast a solution at my big problem with my phone! I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and today(after I did an update for my phone system) at every application (instagram,What's App,Facebook,picsart ,etc) keeps telling/showing that the screen overlay is detected and I should turn off.The problem is I don't know how to do it!Even when I try to go at the Apps permission (and to go at What's App for example) to give permission for the camera/contacts it shows me again the message with screen overlay detected!
All I really want is to give me a solution or advice for this problem.Thank you!
