Emails are not downloading

MY SAMSUNG S5 STOPPED DOWNLOADING MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN USING y7MAIL
FOR YEARS NOT SURE WHAT'S HAPPENING.

Welcome to Android Central! Which email app are you using--the stock Email app, or some 3rd party mail app? Have you tried removing your Y7Mail account from the email app, then adding it back again?

BTW, turn CAPS LOCK off. Typing in all caps is considered "shouting" on the web.
