get white / empty screenshots on Android 4.3 Note 3

Hi

For some month now all screenshots are just white, empty. It worked fine some month ago.
I made screnshots using the S-Pen App (Screenshot note), Samsungs own palm gesture (slide hand from side to side), hold 'Power' and 'Home' buttons and screenshot-apps: the resulting screen/file is always just white, independend what I try to screnshot: homescreen, options, website, app.

Is this a bug in Android?
Probably a missing or full temp folder?
Could a third party app prevent screenshots?

Hi, try booting the device in to safe mode, then performing a screenshot capture, if that works then the issue is being caused by a third party app you've installed.
