need help reinstalling stock rom :(

i tried to install cyanogen mod for my doogee x5 but it didn't work and my phone won't go past the boot screen, i can access the sd card via my card reader but the pc doesnt detect the phone. can get into recovery too but i dont really know what to do from there. i tried using the "update from sd card" to put a stock rom back on but it just says "opening update package...installation aborted"

please help, this is driving me crazy
