    You were long-pressing the settings key on the keyboard, right? If it's not there, try long-pressing some of the other keys around the spacebar to see what additional options are associated wth them.

    Open the Samsung browser and long press on the address in the address bar but if you want a physical icon to press for your clipboard, you will have to install an app.for it.
    My granddaughter uses, an app. called "Clipper" or "Clipit" something like that.

    If you are using the Google Keyboard try a long press on the forward slash / key.
