Ever since I had my S7 the camera and gallery has been a real nuisance. The gallery app would always seem to crash after having my phone on for the whole day - this usually happens at night. As well as this, all pictures that have been saved on my external 128gb SD Card are inaccessible and I cannot take/import a picture to my SD Card...

BUT... Unlike most other users, simply restarting my phone temporarily fixes it until about the next day when it happens again which is a real nuisance.

I'm thinking it's a memory fault but I clean and use programs to clear up the phone's RAM and all that, and I've done a scan on the phone and there's no threats of any kind.. I just don't know what's causing this and I'm really disappointed considering the S7 was such a highly regarded phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it telling you that the SD card is unmounted? There's a long thread about that: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sam...ml#post5058665

Also, the SD card could be corrupt, defective, or counterfeit. Install SD Insight to see if the card is genuine or counterfeit. Counterfeit cards are programmed to report more storage than they actually have, and if you try saving more than the card can actually hold, then files can start getting corrupt.

If it's a valid card, then go to Settings>Storage, Unmount the card, remove it, and insert it into your computer. Can the computer read these files? Backup as much as you can right now, then run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...d-sd-card.html.

I have just installed SD Insight and it says "SD CARD IS INVALID"

However it holds up to 128gb and I've barely used 1gb.

    What else can I do?

That suggests the card is either counterfeit or defective. What brand card is it? If it's a Sandisk, contact them for a replacement--they have a good warranty. If it's a no-name card, then you probably have no other option except to get a new card. You could also try bringing it back to the store where you bought it, but if it's been longer than a couple of weeks or so, they probably won't help you.

It is San Disk but the card was bought on ebay. I might just buy another one for now

Yeah, that's one of the problems with buying a card through eBay--you never really know how authentic the item is.
