S5 neo WEIRD blurry screen

[AC Question]

So when i push the button to unlock my screen its really blurry on the right hand side, 880 of the time the other 20% its fine and its only on the left i tryed taking a photo but it doesnt show up in the picture......its really really annoying also if any one could help id be very grateful cheers
