android 6.0.1 (samsung galaxy j7 2016 edition) cants move apps to microsd card??

just bought a samsung galaxy j7 2016 edition . i am using 64 gb sandisk uhs sd card .
use sd card as internal storage option is missing on the device .
but there is another option to change the app location but when i am using this option and tranferring app to external storage ( asphalt 8 , modern combat) though it show that app has been moved to external storage but when i check the internal storage it doesnt frees up and the app is still there at the same time it doesnt uses any external memory and my card still shows 58 gb free which was initially present before tranferring the apps to sd card.. what to do.. any idea????

I have a Sony Xperia 2 now running Android v6.0.1, and since the upgrade I have lost the ability to transfer apps to the SD card (or it's hidden well).

All-In-One toolbox reports that the App2SD feature is not supported (it was before the upgrade).

So it is a "feature" of the latest version of Android?
