So basically, I was setting a password on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and I had typed a password in, and then it asked me to confirm the password. When I typed my password in again, it said "Sorry, Try Again" and so I did but it keeps saying that. I thought I may have put a typo in for my password, so I pressed the back button, and it doesnt give me the option to change the password I put in. When I press the back button, it goes back to the "Lock Screen settings menu" and so when i press "Screen Lock" it takes me back to Confirm Password. So now I can't set a password on my phone as I cant confirm the password and I cant go back so essentially I am stuck. When I lock my phone, the lock screen has no screen lock onto it, so obviously the password hasnt been set. I don't know what I am supposed to do about this. Can anybody help?
