Why when i press the voulme up key when to continue with downloafing the os it dosnt work?

This warning sign keeps poping up when i turn on my galaxy s4 and it says if i want to download the os to press the voulme key up. Ive tried over hundred times it wont work . Ive manage to turn my phone on and now the voulme down bottom wont work and safe mode is still on.. whats going onn? Helpppp

That's not a function you should play with, if you want to update, go to settings and look for any updates that way. Turn the device off, (looong press power button or just pop out battery), wait a few minutes and turn back on using only the power button (don't touch the others). That should restart your phone normally.. Good luck with that!
