Memory issue, S4

[AC Question]

Hi, I have all the apps (and videos and photos) on an SD card and lack of memory on the main storage is not allowing me to even update some apps, or of course install new ones. There is space on the SD card however.I'm using 97% it says. I've deleted the cache. How can I overcome this issue (with details)? Thanks so much.
