Finger swipe and backup password

My dad gave me his s5.
And i cant unlock the device. Its askin me to slide my finger down, or backup pasword or unlock via google.

My dad cant really help me right now. As he is more lost than i am.

Please help.

Would it be possible for me to just entre my own gmail email and continue?
