Pokemon Go isnt working properly (at all, really)

(Before I get hate, this is where the "Pokémon Go forums" link brought me.

The game just simply doesn't want to work anymore. When it first came out, it worked perfectly. Occasionally I would have to restart the game, no big deal. But now, my character (I'm blaming the character out of frustration) will NOT move from where I opened the game at, no matter how far I walk.
Anyone have any input or suggestions? I've already made sure the Location is on High Accuracy, still no (pokemon) go. HALP!
