Keep location on during data and wifi off

[AC Question]

Im having a samsung s6.is there any method to keep location switch on even mobile data and wifi is switch off.
In windows phone i have seen there is an such option.even data and wifi is switch off.the os collects only location through mobile data.
Please help

Welcome to Android Central! The Location switch should stay on even when mobile data and wi-fi are turned off. If Location is set to Battery Saving, then you just won't get any location data. If it's set to High Accuracy, then it should still be able to use the GPS radio, even with mobile data and wi-fi turned off.
