When I hook my Galaxy 5s to my computer to upload pics, I end up receiving WAY more pics than what I have on my phone. I just had 311 pictures...It uploaded spam pics, for a grand total of 1136 Pictures!! HELP! How do I stop this?
Welcome to Android Central! You probably used the Import Pictures & Videos feature of Windows Explorer, right? Don't use that--it imports all images indiscriminately, including cached images from the browser and other apps.
The best way to transfer your pics is to use Windows Explorer to manually select the photos, and then drag and drop them to the computer.
