Why my LEAGOO ELITE 3 keep freezing and phone shutdown by itself after freezed?

After I turned my phone on, phone screen show that i didn't install LEAGOO uistore to support ibingo launcher sort of thing so that my phone cannot run normally. So, is it after i install this launcher my phone can run normally?

Also, try booting into Safe Mode to see whether the message still appears.
